WOMEX brings together music professionals from around the world, spanning folk, roots, traditional music and jazz as well as contemporary urban and electronic sounds with a global perspective. It creates a space for festivals, venues, agencies, labels, artists, media and music organisations to meet, make new connections and develop international collaborations.
At the SoundCzech stand, we will present Czech projects and activities through a video presentation and promotional materials provided by the Czech music community. The stand will also serve as a meeting point for Czech professionals and international partners and as a shared base for the Czech delegation.
This year, six Czech music professionals are also attending WOMEX with support from the SoundCzech LinksOut programme.
